An innovative central heat tube distributes heat through the core and walls of the urn, creating natural circulation and more consistent temperatures throughout.

Consistency From First Cup to Last
For operators, consistent heat can mean a more consistent beverage experience.
According to Eastern, the EcoBurner system requires no preheating and is designed to eliminate hot spots and temperature drops while maintaining consistent heat from the first cup to the last.
The system is also designed to help prevent the bitter taste that can come with uneven heating.
Fine-Tune the Serving Temperature
Different beverages can call for different temperatures, so Eastern added another simple but useful feature: adjustable vents on the lid.
The vents can be positioned closed, half-open or open, allowing operators to fine-tune serving temperature and increase the temperature for tea when required.
