A Look at Eastern’s Foray into Buffet
We rolled out an entire buffet foodservice department to give this market segment our full attention in 1997. In 2015 and 2016, we created a buzz and stirred up the buffet industry with the instant popularity of our Cartwheel and High Rise Vertical Mobile Buffet, followed by The Hub Buffet System.
The Hub was, and is, groundbreaking. The frame serves as the focal point for any buffet. It seamlessly allows for change of function, from action to display, from mid-day casual to snazzy cocktail bar, from stainless steel to pop of color. This one piece of equipment can be used indoors or outside, and it performs 100 functions!
The No-Hardware Revolution: ZOZZ and Q-Bik
The ZOZZ Stretch Buffet was introduced in 2022, embodying our no-hardware, flat-pack concept and a new era of buffet mobility. One set of side frames stretches from a single cart to a double cart and a triple tile buffet set-up to quickly accommodate any size function.
This year, we also added the Q-Bik Rolling Display, a versatile solution for creating dynamic and functional display risers. Perfect for indoor and outdoor settings, the Q-Bik offers a modern way to showcase everything from appetizers to desserts.

At the heart of Eastern IO is the principle of interchangeability and customization.
