"Versatile buffet systems that elevate presentation and efficiency"
Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts assumed operation of Ovations-our on-site, 250-seat outdoor restaurant located just steps from our outdoor music pavilion. Ovations is an upscale pavilion nestled quietly in the park, where dinner is served each night just before an evening performance.
The team traveled with Tenna Hourigan of Hospitality Dynamic Solutions via train to Eastern’s showroom where we were able to learn about each of the available solutions through hands on experience.
We invested in the standard Hubs, the Eco Burner hubs and Q-bik hub systems, along with a wide range of interchangeable tiles—including induction warmers, Eco Burner fuel modules, and chafers. We used the optic panels to complement our outdoor venue and decorated the front panels of each of the Q-Bik Hub with our bold Wolf Head, the symbol of Wolf Trap, and used the recommended back lights to feature him in a soft purple.
The versatility of the hub system has significantly streamlined our catering and buffet service and brought a new level of sophistication and functionality to our outdoor dining experience. The modular design allows us to easily configure, assemble, break down, store, and transport the units for use across multiple catering locations and event types.
The variety of configurations available between the Q-bik system and the hub system elevates buffet presentation while improving efficiency for our culinary team. These systems create a cohesive, modern look and enhance both form and function at the buffet line.
Why present thoughtfully prepared food on mismatched silver chafers and basic platter risers when you can elevate your buffet with a clean, professional, and design-forward presentation? The hub systems bring a new dimension to buffet service—both visually and operationally—setting a higher standard for presentation, flexibility, and guest experience.
