FAQ's
1) ULV high pressure vs. Electrostatic
Instead of charging the solution with the sprayer. Our solution is already positively charged. This combined with the high pressure of our ULV sprayer you get a a very fine, even and far coverage.
Electrostatic is needed when using a powder as for powder coating or tablets i.e. Purtabs brand
When using liquid solution that is already positively charged electrostatic isn’t necessary. Therefore, the strong point of germbusters technology is a powerful and far shoot in a short time.
2) Dwell time
10-minute dwell time is needed for disinfecting.
Dwell time depends on the concentration of the solution. While greater concentration can give less dwell time it is too strong and can cause irritation and burns on the skin.
3) EPA
Both solutions are positively charged & EPA certified for Covid19.
4) Particle size
40 microns and above are certified for disinfection. Sprayers have a very fine mist and therefore no wiping is required.
5) At what level PPM is the chemical dispensed
Anasphere in the dilution 2 oz per gallon for viruses is 400 ppm
Organic ready to use is 500 ppm
6) Can I use the same solution to sanitize and disinfect
They need to check this with the solution they use. The same solution can disinfect with a 10 min surface dwell time.
7) Large Germbuster Air Control
Air Control Lever controls the injection distance, how far and how high up we need to go.
Moisture Control Knob regulates the microns. As per CDC guidelines 40 microns is enough for disinfecting that is the control knob at 80% open.
8) How much coverage do we get from a 3L tank and how fast?
Based on CDC guidelines of 40 microns. needed for disinfecting:
One 3L tank can cover 8000 square feet in 33 minutes.
